For many industrial fan customers, the key priority is getting the right amount of airflow at the right price without paying for unnecessary features. That was the case for a recent project where a customer in California needed a simple, reliable, and cost-effective solution to deliver ambient air into a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer. Rather than an industrial-duty fan built for extreme environments, this application called for a practical, streamlined approach—one that AirPro was well-positioned to deliver with the P10C 275 pressure blower.

The P10C 275 features a riveted aluminum wheel, which significantly lowers production costs while maintaining the necessary performance. By using aluminum instead of more expensive materials, we reduce manufacturing expenses, allowing us to provide a competitively priced fan that meets airflow requirements without exceeding the customer’s budget. Constructed with a carbon steel airstream, industrial enamel coating, and flanged and drilled inlet and outlet, the fan maintains durability while keeping costs in check. A 30 HP, 3600 RPM, TEFC motor from WEG ensures efficient operation, while a butterfly damper coated in fire-engine red with a locking lever provides simple airflow control.

This combustion blower was an ideal solution for the customer: a well-matched fan that effectively supplies air to the combustion chamber without unnecessary over-engineering. Installation was straightforward with its standard flanged connections, and the butterfly damper allowed for quick airflow adjustments.

By choosing a P10C 275 instead of a more complex, higher-cost alternative, the customer achieved efficient air delivery while staying within budget. This project highlights AirPro’s ability to provide competitive, right-sized solutions—proving that sometimes, simpler is smarter.
