This fan is a critical component of a dual-fan scrubber skid, designed specifically for environmental remediation. The end-user deploys it at contaminated sites to harness heat which penetrates deep into the earth to release harmful toxins in vapor form. The fan provides powerful vacuum extraction, pulling these vapors through the scrubber system, where they are treated and safely released into the atmosphere.
Designed for portability, the fan setup is ideal for temporary deployments, typically operating for about a year at a site before moving to the next location to tackle new contaminants. Engineered to withstand the challenges of both acidic and caustic airstreams, this fan delivers reliable performance even in the most demanding environments, making it an essential tool for environmental restoration.
To enhance durability and efficiency, the airstream and wheel components are constructed from 304 stainless steel, ensuring resistance to corrosive conditions. Additionally, we integrated a custom non-standard shaft seal into the design to meet the unique requirements of this application, along with an epoxy coating system on the carbon steel components, guaranteeing functionality and longevity in harsh environments.
