We designed this custom high-pressure stainless steel industrial fan with all the food-grade bells and whistles for a food plant. The design includes 304 stainless steel airstream parts, stainless steel guards, white epoxy on carbon steel parts, Nitrile gaskets, and a Ferrule drain. It’s also designed for fan bearing protection, with bearing RTDs, spring vibration isolators, and a vibration 4-20mA sensor mounted on the fan base.
The following high pressure blowers, ordered through an AirPro OEM customer, were built for an oxidizer/scrubber system that destroys methane, chloride and fluoride compounds, and jet fuel.
