This direct-fired burner fan was designed to move over 150,000 cfm of clean air for a biomass energy application. Featuring our backward-inclined design, the fan wheel is 89 inches in diameter and operates with nearly 80% static efficiency.
The fan housing was horizontally split for easier maintenance access and includes thermal insulation for personnel safety, as air temperatures can reach up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Sized with a 200hp motor, the fan and motor are mounted on a unitary base.
Performance: 154,000 cfm airflow @ 6” wg static pressure @ 0.04 lb/ft^3 inlet air density
