For this carbon recycling plant system application, we designed and delivered a drop-in high-pressure blower to replace a competitor’s product. It features a Kynar coated wheel with a stainless steel shaft, rubber-lined housing, custom exterior coating color, a shrouded wheel design, increased wheel width, and an outlet damper to throttle the air as it leaves the fan.
Designed for low-to-medium air volumes at high pressures, its surgeless design provides consistent performance in variable airflow at near-constant pressure. It’s also constructed with fully-welded material built for higher quality compared to rivets.
Industrial and municipal water filtration systems use granulated activated carbon or carbon block to remove contaminants as the water passes through. This carbon recycling plant takes carbon from industrial and municipal water filtration systems to clean and resell it.
