AirPro is excited to spotlight this custom pressure blower our engineers designed for a biochar processing facility in Texas. This P10A size 250 recirculates piping hot air (1,400ºF!) as part of the pyrolysis process to make biochar.
This high-temperature arrangement 8 design features an AirPro purgeable shaft seal, center supported housing, and a flanged and drilled inlet and outlet. The airstream material is made of 316 stainless steel and the wheel material of high temp stainless steel.
With a fan housing coated in a sturdy industrial enamel, this blower also features a 20-horsepower direct drive premium Eff motor, and carbon steel OSHA guards in canary yellow.
