The quick-ship combustion blower for this burner application comes from our Backward-Inclined Quick Ship (BIQS) line of highly-efficient off-the-shelf fans with pre-set performance ranges specifically designed to meet the time-constrained demands of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
Like all BIQS models, this combustion blower shipped in 12 days and carries our 3-Year Gold Standard Warranty. These models move high volumes of clean air at lower static pressures with high static efficiency. Those features make them optimal for certain applications, including industrial burners.
The combustion air blower supplies stable and consistent airflow to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire combustion air system. Although proximity to the high-temperature burner application might suggest the need for special construction materials, the air that goes through the forced draft combustion air blower is room-temperature ambient air, so standard materials suffice.
