We designed a custom Backward Curved Cooling Conveying Fan for this Dairy application. This fan has continuously-welded 304 Stainless Steel airstream parts with SSPC-SP10 bead blast surface preparation, a food-grade Teflon shaft seal, and stainless BFM fittings. That makes it corrosion- and bacteria-resistant, lower-maintenance, and high-temp friendly.
This Dairy application cooling conveying fan also has a split housing for easy-access cleaning to keep it sanitary, a two-inch tri-clamp ferrule drain, outlet transition to round, a vibration switch and spring vibration isolators, and pressure tap connections. The backward-curved blade profile empowers this fan to move high volumes of air at high static pressures with high static efficiencies for strong performance and minimal energy costs.
