Most people have experienced the keen frustration of slow response times from a business or vendor. Send an inquiry and wait two weeks just for an automated response. It’s particularly frustrating when the customer wants to place an order. The order cycle seems universal to most industries and businesses, but moving through it efficiently does not always happen.

At AirPro we understand the importance of quick response times—from the customer’s initial inquiry to the purchase order; therefore, we have made it part of our regular business culture to ensure reasonable response times for our customers. This means responding to the customer within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

Quick response time is crucial in all phases of a business relationship. Incredible service during one phase, but poor service during another confuses and frustrates the customer. It’s also bad business. We want the customer’s experience to be consistent from quote to order, and especially post-order.

Remaining committed to this has been challenging; but, in the long game, we’ve committed to it because it feels like the best way to treat people. We invest a lot of time and effort in training our teams to service our customers well at every stage of the relationship cycle. This attention and care helps to develop business relationships that are efficient for both parties, maximizing the value of our time, which is a resource many of us makers often find in short supply. 

Because we value time so much, we inform the customer quickly when facing an unreasonable demand or a request we know we cannot or will not meet. This helps the customer avoid delays and quickly develop a path forward, even when that path won’t involve us.

Some businesses view quick response times as optional, or at certain points of the relationship cycle unreasonable. AirPro does not. We back that up by promising quick responses from actual employees who understand the value of our business reputation.
