AirPro recently invited sales reps from around the country to visit our home base in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Our guests spent three days touring facilities, talking strategy and celebrating achievements.

While the sales team did have time to enjoy the Northwoods, this was also an opportunity to reflect on the past year and look forward to the upcoming one.

AirPro leadership:

  • Recapped an impressive year of product development, highlighting key improvements across our backward curved, radial tipped, and double width product lines. The biggest announcement was AirPro’s expansion of axial fan offerings. These axial fans have undergone the same rigorous testing and quality standards that define all AirPro products, ensuring they meet our customers’ high expectations from day one.
  • Unveiled a substantial redesign of myAirPro, our industry-leading fan selection software. The new version will be more functional and easier to use, streamlining the selection process for sales reps and customers alike. These improvements will make specifying the right fan for any application more intuitive and efficient.
  • Announced a comprehensive training program launching later this year that will be available in Cody, Wyoming; Rhinelander, Wisconsin; or on-site for customers. The program covers beginner to advanced knowledge about fans, fan science and fan systems, helping customers better understand how their fans are working. This hands-on education will offer continuing education credits for those maintaining professional licenses and represents AirPro’s commitment to elevating industry knowledge across all skill levels.

Behind the Scenes at AirPro’s Manufacturing Campus

A highlight of the three-day event was the comprehensive facility tour that took sales reps through all four buildings of AirPro’s Rhinelander campus. Each building houses active production facilities, giving attendees a complete picture of AirPro’s manufacturing capabilities.

Reps witnessed the precision engineering that goes into every AirPro fan, from laser tables cutting raw metals to wheels coming together and being dynamically balanced for optimal performance. They observed housings being built from start to finish and complete fans being assembled by skilled technicians. The tour also included shipping and receiving operations, where tour attendees could see the final product being sent out for delivery.

Perhaps most impressive was the R&D and air performance testing lab, where AirPro’s engineering team develops and validates new products. This behind-the-scenes look reinforced AirPro’s commitment to innovation and quality testing that ensures every fan meets the highest performance standards.

These tours gave sales reps invaluable insights into the manufacturing excellence they represent, strengthening their ability to communicate AirPro’s quality and capabilities to customers.

Enjoying the Northwoods Experience

The meeting wasn’t all business. Sales reps had the opportunity to experience the natural beauty that makes AirPro’s Rhinelander location special, starting with a golf outing that set a relaxed tone for the entire event. Throughout the three days, the team enjoyed meals at local Rhinelander favorites, including CT’s Deli, giving out of town visitors a taste of the community that AirPro calls home. The group also enjoyed boat rides near Eagle River, with AirPro leadership taking the helm as captains. These excursions provided a perfect break from work sessions, allowing attendees to network while taking in the beautiful waters of northern Wisconsin.

This relaxed setting reinforced the unique advantage of AirPro’s Northwoods location, where business excellence meets the natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and local charm that make northern Wisconsin special.
