We custom-designed this industrial exhaust air handling fan for crop spraying equipment, with a custom arrangement, custom color, and a diesel engine driver. Braced for extra support, the streamlined heavy-duty design features an angled partial backward inclined blade for increased efficiency and reduced material buildup.
This cyclone exhaust fan application for industrial air handling required a straightforward industrial air handling exhaust fan with an opposed blade for increased efficiency and reduced material build-up. An outlet damper paired with the 25HP Arrangement 9 belt-driven motor mounted to the side of the fan allows for variable flow control.
In this Kaolin Mining installation, we provided an induced draft fan for dust collection. Kaolin (hydrated aluminum silicate) is a high-value, high-volume industrial clay used largely in the production of paper, as well as ceramics, cement, fiberglass, and many other industrial production processes. Its naturally fine particles mean dust collection is critical in the mining process for air quality improvement and safety.
We designed this heavy-duty pollution exhaust fan complete with OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration) guards to provide the required level of safety and protect workers from accidental contact with the fan blades. The custom design uses a 20HP motor with a V-belt drive. A ceramic felt shaft seal and flanged inlet and outlet prevent gas leaks in the system. A bolted access door allows for easier maintenance.
AirPro built two exhaust fans for a Dry Flue Gas Desulfurization (SDR) system installed at a US copper mine. All parts in contact with the air stream were constructed with 316 Stainless Steel including all fan accessories.
The following exhaust fan was installed on the dust collection system for a US producer of pelletized sulfate. Pelletized sulfate is a soil amendment used to improve soil properties in corn, soybean, and other crops.
The following industrial exhaust fan was designed for the dust collection system in a Pennsylvania Siding Pilot Plant. The plant’s dust collection system is currently connected to only one line. Two lines will be added at a later date.
