We custom-designed this high-pressure radial induced draft fan for a scrubber application, with alloy 2205 airstream construction, custom purge air shaft seals, pie-split housing, and an integral inlet box. Configured as a center-hung Arrangement 7 fan, a flexible coupling is used to connect the fan shaft to the motor shaft, and the entire fan assembly is mounted on a unitary base. The application required a severe duty motor rated for use with a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD).

We designed this small but heavy-duty radial blower for a cyclone dust collection application. It included a direct-drive, arrangement 4V configuration with a backplate on the wheel to protect the motor from any particulate in the airstream. The fan was painted a custom green to match our OEM partner’s equipment line.

This cyclone exhaust fan application for industrial air handling required a straightforward industrial air handling exhaust fan with an opposed blade for increased efficiency and reduced material build-up. An outlet damper paired with the 25HP Arrangement 9 belt-driven motor mounted to the side of the fan allows for variable flow control.

This Dilution Air application required a high-pressure blower on a process skid with a redundant fan and a direct drive motor. The high pressure blower design features a shrouded wheel to move low volumes of air at high static pressures with high operating efficiency.
