That was the case for a recent project where a customer in California needed a simple, reliable, and cost-effective solution to deliver ambient air into a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer. Rather than an industrial-duty fan built for extreme environments, this application called for a practical, streamlined approach—one that AirPro was well-positioned to deliver with the P10C 275 pressure blower.
The G Series wheel, part of our pressure blower series, delivers exceptional efficiency. Designed for low-volume, high-pressure applications, this wheel combines a narrow profile with substantial diameter to optimize performance.
Air flows through the intake, slightly wider to ensure smooth entry, then transitions to the narrower section along the blades’ periphery. The curved blade design builds pressure effectively while maintaining impressive efficiency near 70% peak static efficiency.

AirPro is excited to spotlight this custom pressure blower our engineers designed for a biochar processing facility in Texas. This P10A size 250 recirculates piping hot air (1,400ºF!) as part of the pyrolysis process to make biochar.
AirPro designed this very unique forced draft blower for a “closed loop nitrogen system” in a chemical cooling application. This direct drive blower features a 316 stainless steel shrouded radial pressure blower wheel inside a pie split housing. AirPro had to meet specific customer requirements and space considerations for this design.
We designed this CE-Certified High-Pressure Blower for custom static and thermal loads of operation. Featuring a monobloc bearing design with vibration isolation pads, this custom blower meets European health, safety, and environmental protection standards.

We designed this custom high-pressure stainless steel industrial fan with all the food-grade bells and whistles for a food plant. The design includes 304 stainless steel airstream parts, stainless steel guards, white epoxy on carbon steel parts, Nitrile gaskets, and a Ferrule drain. It’s also designed for fan bearing protection, with bearing RTDs, spring vibration isolators, and a vibration 4-20mA sensor mounted on the fan base.
We designed an extremely custom high-pressure, high-temperature steam exhaust fan for this emerging green energy technology application. The fan needed to handle very high temperatures up to 1300°F. For that, we used a stainless steel fan casing/housing, a special multi-carbon ring shaft seal, a monobloc bearing assembly with mist oil lubrication, an alloy 625 rotor with a special design for stresses induced by static, dynamic, and thermal loads. We also machined mounting surfaces for the bearing assembly and motor drive.
We delivered a custom high-temperature, high-pressure fan for a heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) application. Designed for temperatures as high as 840°F, the fan has a carbon ring shaft seal, a monobloc fan bearing assembly with oil lubrication, exterior fan insulation, and a raised access door with a flush interior design for the exterior insulation.
